1. What area do we serve?

We serve in Charlotte Metro ,Triad NC and nearby areas.

2. Can we customize a theme? 

Yes, we can customize to any theme  you want. Please call or email for details.

3. How much is the deposit?

$100 security deposit (non-refundable but transferable) is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date. However, if a party is requested within 7 days of your event date, the entire balance is due.

4. When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due 1 week prior to your event date. 

5. What if I need to cancel my party?

Should the event need to be canceled for any unforeseen reason, the security deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event.

6. Are there any additional fees?

Yes, we do charge stair fee and delivery fee. There is free delivery within  25 miles radius from our warehouse. Please see the price below.

    25 - 35 miles - $30 fee

     35 - 45 miles - $50 fee

Stair Fee

There is an additional fee  of $50 to set up on the second floor or basement and $75 to set up on the third floor.

7. How do I book?

We will send a contract form to your e-mail. Fill out the contract form and pay your security deposit. Your event is booked, simple as that!

8.Are pillows and blanket provided for the slumber party?

Blankets and  decorative pillows are provided . However, sleeping pillows are not provided.

9. How do I set-up  for my event?

 We request that event set up area be pet free and furniture  be moved by clients prior to the event set up. RentTheme will not move client's furnitures.

10.What is the rental period?

Rental period is over night for the sleep over party. For picnic, spa and tea party, the rental period is 3 hours.
